We are currently seeking volunteers who are college students to serve as panelists in a discussion about college life, getting into school, maintaining grades and planning for their professional future.

Shift 2: 12:30pm - 3:30pm
Volunteers are also needed to help with conference logistics such as set-up, decorations, registration, ushering and workshop assistance.

LATINITAS EL PASO EXPANSION TEAM

Building off its strong base in Austin, Latinitas will expand its program borders with a new chapter in the border city of El Paso, Texas this Spring. To reach additional girls in the West Texas region, volunteers are needed to assist with volunteer recruitment and public relations efforts. If you’re interested in supporting Latinitas expansion plans, email Alicia Rascon at latinitasaly@ yahoo.com.

SPRING BREAK LATINITAS STYLE

March 10-14 from 9-5pm
Mexican American Cultural Center - 600 River Street

Instead of taking a break this spring, local Latinitas will enjoy a fun-filled week of art and culture in an engaging, educational and creative multi-media youth camp. Volunteers are needed to serve as workshop assistants by helping with set-up, aiding camp leaders, distributing camp materials and mentoring camp participants. Volunteers can sign up for half day and single day shifts. If you are interested in volunteering, email Laura at laura@latinitasmaga zine.org.
